The traditions o Beer and distillation in Poland are very long. Both drinks are very popular in Poland. After privatization of many factories quality of products is absolutely perfect. We would like to present you the history and current products, with possibility of tasting. In addition to the main point o the trip, we have not missed to prepare also sightseeing and excellent food of typical Polish menu.

Day 1, Wrocław

Arrival to Wrocław. Check–in at hotel. Dinner and beer tasting in Beer restaurant „Spiż” situated at the Main Market square. Four kinds of beer will be available for tasting. This restaurant is well known with it’s excellent menu and top class beer.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 2, Wrocław - Katowice

Buffet breakfast. Sightseeing of Wrocław including City Hall at the main market, University buildings with Aula Leopoldina and the Cathedral. Transfer to Opole for short sightseeing of the town. Dinner with special local menu in Katowice.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 3, Katowice - Cracow

Buffet breakfast. Short sightseeing of Katowice and then drive to Brewery in Tychy.
This brewery has very long historical tradition and is famous because of beer Tyskie. After visiting of production area tasting of beer is arranged. Next point of this day is Bread Museum, where learning of methods of baking includes also the possibility of participation in backing process. Transfer through Upper Silesia to Kraków – former Capitol of Poland. Check-in at hotel. Then dinner with beer tasting in Beer restaurant at the Old town of Kraków. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4, Cracow

Buffet breakfast. Sightseeing of Old Town in Kraków (UNESCO - List) including St. Mary’s Basilica with Wit Stwosz altar and Wawel hill with the Coronation Cathedral and the Royal Castle. From Krakow drive to Łącko. This little town is well know because of production of Plum vodka “Łącka” (of ca 70 % power). After tasting of plum vodka three course regional menu with drinks and folklore events for dinner. Return to Kraków for overnight.

Day 5, Cracow - Warsaw

Buffet breakfast. Drive to Warsaw through Czestochowa. Possibility to visiting of the Paulite Monastery „Jasna Góra”. Check-in at hotel in Warsaw. Then dinner with beer and local menu at the Old Town in one of typical local restaurants. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6, Warsaw

Buffet breakfast. If possible visit in Żyrardów and meeting with production line and tasting of ready product – "Belvedere" vodka (ca 40%power).
Sightseeing of Warsaw including the Old Town (UNESCO - List). Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 7, Warsaw - Poznań

Buffet breakfast and drive to Poznan. Visiting of the Brewery „Lech”. Of course also beer tasting is planned. After visit to Brewery – sightseeing of the City. Dinner in Beer Restaurant at the Main Market in Poznan, including local menu and beer tasting. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8, departure

Buffet breakfast. Departure.
